Aubrey Hersch, PharmD, graduated from Duquesne University in 2018. She is currently the Director of Clinical Services with Soleo Health and has been with the company since 2021. Prior to Soleo, Aubrey worked with Kroger Pharmacy for 13 years, beginning her career as a pharmacy technician and working her way up to Pharmacist in Charge at the Weirton, WV location. She currently services as President for the West Virginia Pharmacist Association, sits on the Clinical Education Committee for the National Home Infusion Association, and participates in the Ohio Marshall County Pharmacist Association. Aubrey has a passion for advancing the roles of pharmacy technicians, encouraging pharmacists to practice at the top of their license, and advocating for the profession as a whole. Aubrey and her husband, Nick, love to travel and spend down time with their very spoiled cats and golden retriever. 

Interests include oncology, medication access, and patient education.

Interests include medication affordability, reaching those under serviced in rural areas and health literacy.

Interests include expanding pharmaceutical services for pharmacies and contributing to the well-being of the people of rural Appalachia

Interests include underserved/homeless population, vaccinations, HIV/Prep, point of care testing

His professional interests include education, pharmacy healthcare administration, diabetes care, and expanding the role of pharmacists in public health.

Thomas Edward Menighan (1952–____) was born in Sistersville, West Virginia. He earned a BS Pharm in 1974 from West Virginia University (WVU) and an MBA in 1990 from Averett College.
Menighan founded The Medicine Shoppe in Huntington, WV, from 1978-98, and Pharmacy Associates, a multi-state home infusion and specialty pharmacy from 1982-2026, now operating as PursueCare and focused on treating patients with addictions. In 2000, Menighan developed CornerDrugstore.com. From 2003–09, he served as founder and president of SynTegra Solutions, a supply chain security consultancy.
Menighan served as president of APhA from 2001–02 and a board member or chair of multiple pharmacy non-profits and collaboratives including the USP, PTCB, PQA, and subsidiary Pharmacy Quality Solutions (PQS) and from 2021-26 joined the West Virginia Drug Intervention Institute and later became chair. From 2009–20, Menighan served as executive vice president and CEO of APhA.
Menighan is a career-long member of WVPA, former President and recognized with the Beal Award, Preceptor of the Year and Bowl of Hygeia Award. He received the WVU Distinguished Alumnus Award, and honorary doctorates from WVU and the University of Charleston. Menighan advanced work with drug utilization review (DUR) and MTM services, and earlier support for the entry-level PharmD. As APhA’s CEO, he championed Medicare drug benefits, pursuit of federal and state provider status for pharmacists, access to electronic health records, and continued John Gans’ work to establish the APhA building on the National Mall as a performing asset and home for the profession. From 2020-24 he partnered in Catizone, Luce & Menighan, LLC.
Menighan received the Remington Honor Medal in 2026 and challenged national and state organizations to work more collaboratively to promote consumer access and coverage for pharmacists’ quality patient care services.
